The Green Great Wall

The Green Heart Foundation organised reforestation camps by volunteers and local people in Portugal, Poland and Africa, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Mali, and Côte d'Ivoire.
More than 1.100 000 trees have been planted.

This project is having a twofold impact on the reforested region, restoring ecosystems, creating wealth and hope for local people and reducing land conflicts between the peoples of the region.
Visitors were invited to take part in this year's 2024 edition and to contribute to a greater number of volunteers by making donations to support this action.

Mr Thomas Antoine speech was projected during the event on Sunday 25 February 2024.
